This website is operated by Nitsan Halevi, Practical Quality – consulting and support in quality, engineering and project management ("I", "the business"). Using the site means you accept these terms. The Hebrew version of this page prevails in case of any discrepancy.

Content is not advice

The content on this site – texts, videos, diagrams and case analyses – is for general information only. It is not professional, engineering, legal or regulatory advice, and does not replace an assessment tailored to your organization and circumstances. Any use of or reliance on the content is at your own responsibility.

Contacting me does not create an engagement

Reaching out through the site, by email, phone or WhatsApp does not create a client-consultant relationship. An engagement exists only under a signed written agreement or proposal, and on its terms.

Intellectual property

All rights in the original content of this site, including texts, videos, illustrations and design, are reserved to Nitsan Halevi. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce or use them commercially without prior written permission, except for fair use as permitted by law.

Company names, standards and trademarks

Names of companies, manufacturers, standards bodies and standards (e.g. ISO, IATF, VDA, AIAG, GM, Ford, BMW and others) are mentioned only to describe professional experience or explain professional topics. They belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not imply any partnership, representation, sponsorship or endorsement. This site does not represent any company I have worked for.

Videos, illustrations and case studies

Some videos and illustrations were created with AI tools. Characters appearing in them are illustrative only and do not depict real people unless stated otherwise. Case studies (such as the Titan submersible and the B-2 crash) are based on public information and presented for learning purposes only; they make no factual or legal finding about anyone's responsibility.

Links to other sites

The site links to external services such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp. I have no control over these services or their privacy practices, and their use is subject to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". I make an effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, but errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the site, reliance on its content, or the site being unavailable.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time of use applies.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Use of this site is governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.

Privacy policy

I respect your privacy and act in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.

What information is collected?

The site itself does not store personal information on a server. The contact form is not sent to a server – it opens your own email app with the details you entered, and your message is sent as a regular email to my inbox. Contacting me by phone or WhatsApp is also subject to those providers' policies.

How is it used?

The details you provide (name, company, phone, email and message) are used only to get back to you, prepare a proposal and provide the service. Providing them is voluntary, and you don't need to share anything that isn't needed for your inquiry.

Sharing and marketing

Your information is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing. I will not send you advertising without your explicit prior consent, in line with section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law.

Cookies and tracking

The site does not use cookies, tracking tools or traffic analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers, which may receive your IP address under Google's own policy.

Security and retention

I take reasonable measures to protect the information I receive. Inquiries are kept as long as needed for handling, engagement and business/accounting purposes, and deleted afterwards on request.

Your rights

You may ask to review, correct or delete information held about you, as provided by law. Requests can be sent by email to the address below.

Accessibility statement

I want this site to be accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. It was built with the aim of meeting Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0) at level AA, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

What has been done

• Semantic headings and content, and full keyboard navigation, including a "skip to content" link.
• High color contrast, readable fonts, and browser zoom without breaking the layout.
• Alternative text for images and labels for buttons and videos.
• Fully responsive on phones and screens of every size.
• Animations stop when the device is set to "reduce motion".
• The site is available in Hebrew and English.

Known limitations

Some videos do not have full captions; the main content of each video is described in the text next to it. I keep improving the site's accessibility.
